Don Morrison provides sales leadership, client orientation and product development and deployment as General Manager of Answers Cloud Services (ACS), Answers’ suite of SaaS-based customer experience solutions that includes the ForeSee, WebCollage, Easy2 Technologies and ResellerRatings products. He brings nearly 30 years of sales experience to the role and is focused on establishing a global presence that leverages ACS’ existing multinational client base, best-in-class methodologies and research capabilities. Prior to ACS, he was Senior Vice President of Sales at ForeSee, held executive roles at GMAC Commercial Finance and Compuware Corporation, and senior management positions with MascoTech, Inc., Coopers & Lybrand and Deloitte & Touche. Don received an MBA from Bowling Green State University and BBA from Eastern Michigan University.
Senior Vice President of Products, Marketing & Client Services
As Senior Vice President of Products, Marketing, & Client Services for Answers Cloud Services (ACS), Jim Yang oversees all product management, strategy, marketing and client services for Answers’ suite of SaaS-based customer experience solutions. He has over 15 years of software product leadership and general management experience with leading enterprise and consumer brands. Most recently, Jim served as the Vice President of Products & Community for Answers.com, where he oversaw products, community development, content, usability design and business development. Previously, Jim led product management and usability for Shopping.com (acquired by eBay) and Linden Lab (creator of Second Life). He also held senior product leadership roles at Yahoo! and Netscape. Jim earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees with honors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley, and his MBA from Stanford University.
Vice President of Finance
Jeff Blackman serves as Chief Financial Officer of Answers Cloud Services (ACS), Answers’ suite of SaaS-based customer experience solutions. He is responsible for finance, accounting and administration for ACS products and supports the sales and legal teams in processing customer contracts. In addition to oversight of finance, Jeff’s role involves establishing operational strategies, processes and controls that enable each of the ACS products to scale. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer of ForeSee, integral to its tremendous growth from a company of approximately $10 million in annual sales to nearly $60 million in just six years. Prior to ForeSee, Jeff was Chief Financial Officer at ePrize and Director of Financial Services at Valassis, where he gained extensive SEC experience. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he became a CPA. Jeff was the winner of Crain’s CFO of the Year Award in 2009 and founded Detroit’s CFO Forum for best practices. He received both his MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan.
Vice President of Sales
Dan Chester serves as Vice President, Answers Cloud Services (ACS), Answers’ suite of SaaS-based customer experience solutions, managing the Midwest and Northeast ACS sales teams. He is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with over 20 years of success in leading, motivating and coaching high performance B2B sales and client services teams. Dan speaks at various conferences and is a passionate advocate for measurable media, data-driven solutions, customer experience analytics, CFM, CRM, SaaS, various sales methodologies and highly competitive product offerings. He has held officer-level positions with Polk, Equifax and InfoLAB, and is a two-time past president and board member of the Direct Marketing Association of Detroit. Dan received a BS in Marketing from Oral Roberts University.
Vice President of Sales
Dave Lewan is Vice President, Public Sector, Answers Cloud Services (ACS), Answers’ suite of SaaS-based customer experience solutions. He leads sales efforts and expansion focused on the public sector, including government departments and agencies, non-profit organizations and higher education institutions. Dave also oversees inside sales and private sector sales in Eastern Canada. He brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, leadership, online strategy, technology and consulting. He previously served as Vice President, Sales for ForeSee. Dave was also Vice President of Product Marketing and Management at Gevity HR, where he was the primary leadership and planning force for Gevity’s product and solutions strategy. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Speech Communications.
Vice President of Sales
Scott Matthews oversees sales for a variety of SaaS products as Vice President, Sales of Answers Cloud Services (ACS), Answers’ suite of customer experience solutions. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Webcollage, Inc., acquired by Answers in April 2013. Under Scott’s leadership, Webcollage came into profitability while substantively growing topline revenue. Scott has more than 20 years of sales and executive management experience and a proven track record in direct sales, business development, OEM sales and distribution channel management. Previously, he served as Director of the Eastern Region for Secure Computing, an industry-leading network security vendor. He worked as Vice President of Sales for both Optum and InterWorld and held sales management positions with Data Switch, Oracle, Siebel and Genesys. Scott has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Pace University.
Senior Director, Sales
Eric leads ForeSee’s business development efforts in the Midwest, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions. With more than 20 years’ experience managing advanced technology products and programs, he has played a key role in the company’s strategic growth, including helping ForeSee expand into the European market as well as launching ForeSee’s offline business. Prior to joining ForeSee, Eric was director of automotive programs for Internet Operations Center, a leading regional Internet applications service provider. There, he brought new Internet and e-commerce applications and solutions to the automotive industry. Eric earned a B.S. in marketing from the Miami University-Oxford and an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Senior Director, Product Strategy
Eric works with product, delivery, sales and marketing teams to ensure Answers Cloud Services brings innovation and operational excellence to its offerings. Since joining ForeSee in 2004, he has contributed to the organization’s strategic growth, particularly providing leadership around mobile solutions. Eric is an elected board member of the Digital Analytics Association (DAA) and an adjunct professor of mobile marketing at the University of California, Irvine Extension. Previously, he worked as a web analyst, multichannel strategy consultant, usability specialist and focus group moderator. Eric is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
