ForeSee Receives Local Awards
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (November 22, 2011) — ForeSee, the Michigan-based pioneer in customer experience analytics, has been named Ann Arbor Business Review’s 2011 Company of the Year and was included in the
Detroit Free Press’ 2011 Top Workplaces in Michigan listing. These awards come as the company celebrates
its tenth anniversary and closes its first decade of business in excellent financial health.
ForeSee has grown consistently and continuously every quarter since its inception, including growth of 25% or more every year since it was founded while remaining cash-flow positive since 2005. ForeSee has tripled revenues in the last four years. The company, which works with clients around the world, is headquartered in Michigan, one of the states hardest hit by the recent economic crises.
At a ceremony on November 4 at Eastern Michigan University, ForeSee was named the Ann Arbor Business Review’s Company of the Year and was named a five-year winner of the Fast Track Award by Ann Arbor SPARK for outstanding business success. ForeSee is the only company in to win the award for five years
in a row.
On November 13, the Detroit Free Press reported that ForeSee had met the national standard for being a top workplace and included ForeSee in its annual Top Workplaces edition. This recognition was given based on a survey of ForeSee employees conducted by the Free Press.
“ForeSee is proving every day that companies can absolutely succeed in Michigan through the tradition of American innovation, tried-and-true management and growth strategies, and a passionate workforce that really believes in what they are doing,” said Michael Finney, president and CEO of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.
Using a proven, scientific methodology developed at the University of Michigan, ForeSee helps public and private-sector organizations measure the customer experience and connect the resulting insights to the bottom line.
“None of our success would be possible without the contributions from each and every one of our employees and the longstanding, loyal support of our clients,” said Larry Freed, president and CEO of ForeSee. “The collaborative efforts of our entire organization is what make success possible and I see every reason for us to excel and grow as long as we continue to execute well.”
“These awards help us tremendously with recruiting locally,” said Cia McCaffrey, vice president of staff at ForeSee. “We’ve expanded our staff rapidly but responsibly, and it’s great to be recognized by our employees and the community as a great workplace with a lot to offer the region in terms of jobs and economic growth.”
ForeSee continues to grow, and plans to grow revenue more than 25% in 2012 while also adding at least 75 jobs next year. ForeSee is constantly recruiting, and a listing of open positions in Ann Arbor and around the country is available on their website, at http://foreseeresults.jobs.
