True Conversion is a capability built into CS SiteManager, our core product for measuring customer satisfaction with websites. True Conversion identifies if someone who came with the intent to convert actually did so (within 7 days) or if the visitor just wanted to research.
True Conversion applies to e-commerce sites for purchases, as well as other sites with important conversion events, such as account registrations, e-newsletter sign-ups, or whitepaper downloads. For B2B or e-commerce companies with longer sales cycles, we can extend conversion capture beyond a week.
