PBS Uses ForeSee to Evaluate Digital Strategy, Doubles Number of Engaged Users

PBS identified viewing patterns  of a group of deeply engaged users and began adjusting its digital strategy to acquire even more highly engaged users. When questions arose about whether the new strategy was working, PBS paired ForeSee customer satisfaction data with its own engagement criteria to test the strategy’s effectiveness.
