StubHub wanted to scientifically measure ticket buyer satisfaction to determine differences in key audience segments on a transactional level. Using the ForeSee CXA methodology, they identified a negative customer experience affecting a segment of ticket buyers. Being able to put actual numbers around dissatisfaction is helping StubHub prioritize solutions for improving a potentially negative customer experience.
