This report provides a comprehensive reflection of citizens’ experience with the digital arm of the federal government in the first quarter of 2014 and includes citizen satisfaction scores for more than 100 federal websites, comparisons to private-sector satisfaction and details on federal mobile expectations.

More than 268,000 responses were collected across 104 federal government websites for this report, demonstrating that citizens want to help federal agencies and departments improve. Thus, it’s equally important for government leaders to understand the needs and expectations of today’s constantly evolving digital citizens.
