Bill has served as Executive Chairman of the Board of ForeSee’s parent company since 2017. Bill brings expertise across software, corporate operations, M&A, and strategy. Most recently, Bill was CEO of Blucora (NASDAQ: BCOR) where he led a 5-year transition from a legacy, customer-dependent, $75M EV business to a $1.7B EV financial technology and services firm. During his tenure, revenue grew from $200 million to ~ $500 million and EBITDA expanded from $32 million to over $90 million.
Bill served as Chief Financial Officer of AudienceScience, Inc., a leading digital advertising, technology, and services company, and SVP and head of corporate development for Expedia, Inc., where he oversaw Expedia’s acquisitions and strategic planning. Previously, at Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group he was M&A Director, focusing on services, software, and Internet verticals. Before that, he worked in the planning department at PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay division, and was a consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Bill is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Chief Strategy Officer
Lenny is an expert in Voice of Customer solutions after having created one of the first SaaS-based customer experience measurement platforms in 1997. He co-founded Market Metrix, a methodology-based market research and analytics firm specializing in the hospitality industry. As CEO there, he led product strategy and grew the company 30% per year for 12 years. In April 2014 Market Metrix was acquired by Clarabridge.
Lenny was also General Manager at Clarabridge, and held senior strategy and consulting roles at Arthur Anderson, Kurt Salmon Associates, and Accenture. He has written and been published extensively on how to improve customer satisfaction to drive business growth. He earned a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
Kaj van de Loo
Chief Product Officer
Kaj is a successful global technology executive with a passion for delivering innovative products. He joined ForeSee from Oracle where he was the VP of Development for the mobile division. He spent close to 15 years at SAP where he played several product development and leadership roles including, most recently, SVP of Technology Strategy. His career also includes VP of Engineering positions at Monitise and Questra, where he took their products from infancy to scalable enterprise software solutions.
Kaj is recognized as an enterprise software industry thought leader with several patents and patent applications; he is a member of multiple advisory boards and committees, and a popular public speaker. He earned a BA in Economics from Lund University and an MSc in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.
Vice President & General Counsel
Tamika oversees ForeSee’s legal department including the team that negotiates client and vendor contracts. She works closely with our product, support, and security departments on privacy and data security. She has 15 years of corporate finance and compliance experience and has been with ForeSee since 2013. Tamika serves on several nonprofit and educational boards. She earned her BS in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University and her JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Vice President, Sales
Dan leads global sales at ForeSee and is responsible for the regional and vertical teams that manage and grow ForeSee’s client relationships. He is a proven sales and marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience building enduring customer relationships and coaching high-performance sales teams. Since joining ForeSee in 2009, Dan has become a retail industry expert and a frequent speaker and media spokesperson on the retail customer experience. Previously, he held executive-level sales and marketing positions at RL Polk & Co., Equifax, Epsilon, and InfoLAB.
Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Shannon is a master communicator and marketing leader with 25 years of experience in positioning, communications, and content strategy. She was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Altimeter Group – a top independent research firm – where she was responsible for day-to-day operations, and sales and marketing. Previously, she was Senior Consultant at Firebrick where she was a strategist and project leader for high-stakes client engagements ranging from positioning and new business models to sales enablement and cross-selling initiatives. Shannon spent 17 years as a partner helping build Horn Group — one of the most enduring PR agency brands in the tech industry. She’s led hundreds of companies through messaging, launch, and results-oriented communications programs. She earned a BA in Communications at Mill College, Oakland, CA.
Vice President, Business Development
Eric joined ForeSee at its inception in 2001 and today leads new business efforts for the company. During his tenure, he has been a central figure in establishing the ForeSee sales engine, building the company’s core base of clients, building the company’s presence in the UK and Europe, and developing strategic partnerships. Eric also introduced ForeSee’s offline business including Store and Contact Center channels and is a frequent speaker on customer experience measurement. He earned a B.A. degree (Marketing) from Miami University and an MBA (Strategy & Marketing) from the University of Michigan.
Vice President, Client Success
Karen oversees implementation, support, and professional services functions at ForeSee. She leads a team analysts, client success managers, and usability experts to ensure ForeSee solutions exceed customer expectations—from contract and strategy development to implementation and renewal. With an instinct for understanding business needs and building relationships, she has been instrumental in growing and managing ForeSee’s support team of technology and customer-success professionals. Karen has been with ForeSee since 2016, bringing deep expertise in the customer-experience industry honed through her customer-success management roles in a large IT consulting firm and two mobile technology organizations. Karen earned her BS in information technology from the University of Phoenix.
Chief Financial Officer
Jay oversees ForeSee’s finance, accounting, corporate development, and M&A departments. He brings more than 20 years of operational and financial experience at public and private software and technology companies to bear at ForeSee. Prior, Jay was CFO at compliant hosting provider ByteGrid. He also served as CEO at CoreLink Data Center after first serving as the company’s CFO. Jay also held CFO roles at Hostway Corporation and Focal Communications Corporation. At Focal Communications (now part of CenturyLink), Jay helped grow revenue from $8 million to $300 million and oversaw expansion from four to over two dozen markets. He is on the board of directors and serves on the audit committee for telecommunications company PCTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCTI). Jay holds a B.S. from University of Michigan in Mathematics and Statistics and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
