Pete is a veteran enterprise software executive with an impressive history of achieving customer loyalty and record growth. Before joining ForeSee, he was the President of EMEA and vertical markets at NetSuite and was one of the key leaders responsible for growing the world’s top cloud ERP company to a valuation of $10B. Previously he was CEO of ClairMail where he repositioned the company as the #1 mobile banking and payments platform selling to retail banks. Under his leadership, ClairMail was sold to Monitise in 2012.
Pete also served as Chairman and CEO of Purisma and VP of Business Development at Vitria Technology. He started his career at Crystal Decisions, a business intelligence suite that is still widely revered by SAP. He was involved in growing the business from its infancy into a multi-billion dollar asset. Today, he serves as Chairman of the Board at SynchHR, and is a board member at Amplience and Reevoo, and a Venture Partner with Octopus Ventures. He was a board member at Market Metrix which was successfully sold to private equity in 2014.
Chief Strategy Officer
Lenny is an expert in Voice of Customer solutions after having created one of the first SaaS-based customer experience measurement platforms in 1997. He co-founded Market Metrix, a methodology-based market research and analytics firm specializing in the hospitality industry. As CEO there, he led product strategy and grew the company 30% per year for 12 years. In April 2014 Market Metrix was acquired by Clarabridge.
Lenny was also General Manager at Clarabridge, and held senior strategy and consulting roles at Arthur Anderson, Kurt Salmon Associates, and Accenture. He has written and been published extensively on how to improve customer satisfaction to drive business growth. He earned a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Ryan Grace leads ForeSee’s worldwide sales operation. He has 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience and was most recently Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Magnet, the notable middleware company backed by Andreessen Horowitz. Prior to Magnet, he was Senior Vice President, Sales and Channels at Monitise, a leading technology and services company that delivers mobile banking, payments, and commerce worldwide. Ryan also held positions as Vice President of Emerging Markets and Channels, and Vice President of Sales at Clairmail before it was acquired by Monitise.
Prior to Clairmail, Ryan was Vice President of Sales at Purisma, a top provider of master data management (MDM) software. Earlier, he held positions selling and managing across software companies including Ascential Software (now IBM), and ADP. Ryan holds a B.S. from Purdue University and a Masters in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Kaj van de Loo
Vice President, Engineering and Operations
Kaj van de Loo is a successful global technology executive with a passion for delivering innovative products. He joined ForeSee from Oracle where he was the VP of Development for the mobile division. He spent close to 15 years at SAP where he played several product development and leadership roles including, most recently, SVP of Technology Strategy. His career also includes VP of Engineering positions at Monitise and Questra, where he took their products from infancy to scalable enterprise software solutions.
Kaj is recognized as an enterprise software industry thought leader with several patents and patent applications; he is a member of multiple advisory boards and committees, and a popular public speaker. He earned a BA in Economics from Lund University and an MSc in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.
Vice President and General Counsel
Cara Edwards oversees the ForeSee legal department, including the group that negotiates client and vendor contracts. She works closely with our product and technology groups on issues of privacy and data security. Cara has more than thirteen years of corporate practice experience, and has been with ForeSee since 2008. She frequently speaks at conferences on emerging legal issues in technology, including software intellectual property management. Cara earned her BA in Zoology from Miami University and her JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and she served as Law Clerk to Michigan Supreme Court Justice Marilyn Kelly.
Vice President, Global Professional Services
Justin is an enterprise software veteran with more than 20 years of experience building and leading professional services organizations in the U.S. and Europe. He has worked in various industries including telecom, healthcare, finance, media, public sector, education, and transportation. Justin served as the Global Services Operations leader for Verint Systems, a Top 100 software company specializing in customer engagement and actionable intelligence solutions.
Justin has also held executive positions at Telaid Industries and RM Group, and has published dozens of articles on business, leadership, and professional services best practices. He holds an MBA from University of Leicester, one of the U.K.’s leading business schools. In his spare time, he competes in Ironman Triathlons and is a student of the Coaches Training Institute to qualify as an Executive Business Coach.
Vice President, Marketing
Eric drives ForeSee’s marketing strategy, working closely with the company’s product, client service, and sales teams to infuse innovation and operational excellence into its offerings. Since joining ForeSee in 2004, he has contributed to the organization’s strategic growth, particularly providing leadership around mobile solutions. He is the author of several of the company’s thought leadership studies, including the 11th annual ForeSee Experience Index (FXI) and the American Employee Study.
Eric is a frequent speaker on customer experience analytics, and marketing best practices. He is a board member of the Digital Analytics Association (DAA) and an adjunct professor of mobile marketing at the University of California, Irvine Extension. Previously, he worked as a web analyst, multichannel strategy consultant, usability specialist and focus group moderator. Eric is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
Vice President, Communications
Shannon is a master communicator and marketing leader with 25 years of experience in positioning, communications, and organizational change. She was most recently Chief Operation Officer at Altimeter Group — a top independent research firm — where she was responsible for day-to-day operations, and sales and marketing. Previously, she was Senior Consultant at Firebrick where she was a strategist and project leader for high-stakes client engagements ranging from positioning and new business models to sales enablement and cross-selling initiatives.
Shannon spent 17 years as a partner helping build Horn Group – one of the most enduring PR agency brands in the tech industry. She drove the company’s expansion from classic PR firm to its pioneering leadership in digital communications. She’s led hundreds of companies through messaging, launch and results-oriented communications programs. She earned a BA in Communications at Mills College, Oakland, CA.
