We know that one of the biggest success factors in business getting the customer experience right. On a personal level though, one big predictor of success is “grit,” according to psychology scholar, researcher, author, and ForeSee Summit 2017 keynote speaker Angela Duckworth.
Grit, Duckworth describes, is the strong sense of purpose people have to achieve goals at all cost — so much so that it can organize and give meaning to nearly everything you do. We see grit in so many of our clients – the CX champions dedicated to measuring and improving the customer experience.
