Congrats! CX awards recognize Three, Argos, Tesco, and other U.K. companies for stellar customer experience

Listening to the voice of your customers is one of the best ways for an organization to understand how best to deliver a seamless, delightful experience. But it’s no easy task, which is why we’re excited to see so many ForeSee clients from the United Kingdom being recognized with recent Customer Experience (CX) awards for their efforts.

For instance, Sainsbury’s Argos with DHL won the “Supply Chain Excellence Award for Customer Service and Support” from Logistics Manager for its work to change the focus of its two-man home delivery strategy to provide more choice to customers with greater speed. From the award notes:

“A key part of the strategy was reinvigorating the Argos principle of putting the customer first. The home delivery supply chain team conducted a full end-to-end review of the two-man delivery operation, supported by other teams such as customer experience, IT and the digital team. The judges liked the dedicated approach taken to drive cultural change, with an emphasis on encouraging the whole team to impress and delight customers at every opportunity.”

Also, internet service provider Three UK took home two of the UK Digital Experience Awards: “Best Use of SEO,” and “Best Mobile Strategy” for “delivering digital shift for [its] customers through an app-first approach, forming part of [its] overall, digital-first strategy.”

Additionally, Retail Week announced its shortlist of nominees for the Retail Week Awards 2018, which includes several leaders in the CX landscape:

  • Argos — Best Marketing or Advertising Campaign, The Cognizant Digital Pioneer, Best Store Manager
  • B&Q — Best Store Manager
  • Feelunique — International Growth Retailer, The Barclays Partner Finance Best Retailer under £250m
  • Sainsbury’s — Best Grocer, Best Retailer over £250m
  • Tesco — Best Grocer, Community Retailer, Customer Innovation, and The Cognizant Digital Pioneer
