When most people think of the important work being done by government, digital resources and services offered online via desktop and mobile usually isn’t the first thing that comes to mind. However, that doesn’t take away from its importance.
ForeSee Vice President of Public Sector Dave Lewan on stage at the ForeSee CX Forum in Washington D.C.
At ForeSee, we’re fortunate to work with many federal agencies and departments who care deeply about the digital citizen experience. Be it websites providing important reference materials for taxes and regulations, or the latest weather data on hurricanes like Harvey, Irma, Maria, and others. These agencies and federal organizations care about citizen experience, and understand that good citizen experience can increase trust in government and lower operational costs to make sure every tax dollar of funding counts.
On behalf of the good work done by the people running federal government site, we’re pleased to announce the winners of the 2017 ForeSee Excellence in E-Government Customer Experience Awards. The winners were first announced today at our CX Forum in our nation’s capital where leaders from top agencies and other CX professionals in government gathered to learn and share best practices for harnessing multichannel VOC analytics.
Congratulations to everyone taking home and award for all the hard work in giving citizens a quality, satisfying experience with digital government.
