ForeSee taps Ironman Justin Mason to lead Professional Services

Justin Mason – ForeSee VP, Global Professional Services

While we’ve been hard at work developing the new ForeSee CX Suite, we’ve also expanded our Professional Services organization. And today we’re pleased to announce that Justin Mason has joined ForeSee as VP of Global Professional Services.

Justin will be working with our stellar client success teams to enhance the services that have helped make ForeSee unique over the last 15 years with their ability to bring CX data and benchmarks to life. We’re in the business of helping companies create great customer experiences so it’s no surprise that we’re passionate about delivering world-class Professional Services to our clients.

Justin comes to ForeSee with a wealth of experience building, leading, and growing Professional Services strategies across a wide range of industries including software, telecom, healthcare, finance, media, public sector, education, and transportation.

Previously, Justin held executive positions with Telaid Industries and RM Group, as well as Verint Systems, a top 100 software company specializing in customer engagement and intelligence solutions. At Verint, where he was Global Services Operations leader, he was responsible for providing leadership and direction to clients in three major regions (Europe, Middle East, & Africa; Asia-Pacific; and the Americas) and for implementing a variety of efficient business services (Managed, Professional, and Training).

Despite such an impressive resume, he’s also somehow managed to fit time into his busy schedule to regularly compete in Ironman Triathlons, occasionally author insightful business articles, and continue his education as a student of the Coaches Training Institute to qualify as an Executive Business Coach. (Whew!) How does he fit all of this in successfully?

“Trust your gut,” Justin told us. “Even when others may be skeptics, listening to my ‘internal compass’ has helped me create fulfilling career experiences around the world, build a happy home life, and finish a half-dozen Ironman races (without passing out in the process).”
