MLive interviews ForeSee CEO on company’s momentum and what’s ahead

ForeSee CEO Pete Daffern recently sat down with local Ann Arbor, Mich. business publication MLive to discuss the the company’s momentum and the exciting path ahead.

ForeSee has doubled its engineering team in the last year, and in September released the CX Suite, which brings together applications for customer experience measurements, surveys, text analytics, ratings and reviews.

Customers can get help from professional service technicians who can walk them through the best strategy for their company and ensure a successful experience with Foresee’s entire product line, rather than go to different vendors for each product.

“The feedback we’ve had from customers has just been incredible,” said Daffern. “We really built the product for them. They absolutely love what we are doing. We are doing stuff in there no one else is close to doing.”

Also discussed was the successful completion of ForeSee parent company Answers Corporation’s debt-restructuring. As Pete previously disclosed, ForeSee emerged positively from the restructuring process entirely debt-free and with greater independence — telling MLive: “Foresee is its own legal entity. It’s under Answers Holdings Co. That’s it, really. We are free to operate as we see fit.”
