Determine your objectives

What are you hoping to get out of attending Summit, and how can you tie those goals back to overall business objectives? Trying to do everything all at once can be daunting. Here are a few questions to ask yourself that may help narrow it down:

  • Do you have business initiatives that you want to prep for – such as a website redesign or re-platforming?
  • Are there specific channels that have become key areas of focus in the organization?
  • Are you looking to accelerate your organization’s CX maturity (and your career)?

Once you have set a few objectives, move onto step two…

Divide (the work) and conquer

Whether it’s connecting with specific attendees, attending sessions focused on particular challenges, or connecting with a specific product expert or executive, we are here to help. Let your account team know what your objectives are so they can work with you to develop your personal agenda, set up meetings, and more.

Are you attending as part of a group? Try to ensure that each attendee goes to a different breakout session, different networking roundtable, etc. to make sure you soak up even more knowledge when you return to the office.
