ForeSee Appoints Justin Mason as Vice President, Global Professional Services

ANN ARBOR, MI (January 12, 2017) — ForeSee today announced the appointment of Justin Mason as Global Vice President of Professional Services. He is responsible for leading ForeSee’s Client Success, Usability, and Support teams which, combined, are recognized as one of the company’s competitive strengths. Mason reports to ForeSee CEO Pete Daffern.

Mason has over 20 years of experience developing, leading, and growing professional services-related activities at organizations in the U.S. and Europe across a wide-range of industries, including software, telecom, healthcare, finance, media, public sector, and transportation. Before joining ForeSee, Mason held executive positions with Telaid Industries and RM Group, as well as Verint Systems, a top 100 software company specializing in customer engagement and intelligence solutions, where he served as the Global Services Operations leader.
