For the last 44 consecutive quarters, the ForeSee E-Government Satisfaction Index has served as a performance benchmark for digital government leaders, measuring the satisfaction citizens have with department, agency and program websites. This quarter, citizen satisfaction increased to 75, up slightly from 74.8 in Q2 2014.

The full report contains a comprehensive list of satisfaction scores for the 105 federal government agencies participating in the Index as well as the latest ForeSee Mobile Federal Government Benchmark. More than 273,000 response were collected across 105 federal government websites for this report, demonstrating that citizens are willing to share their voices to help agencies and departments improve.
