The ForeSee E-Government Satisfaction Index

This report reveals citizen satisfaction scores for 100 federal government websites, measured with ForeSee’s proven methodology that is credible, reliable, accurate, precise and predictive of future behaviors. More than 221,250 responses were collected across 100 federal government websites for this quarter’s report, demonstrating that citizens are willing to share their voices to help improve the government’s digital efforts.

The report also includes the results of the latest ForeSee Mobile Federal Government Benchmark and outlines seven best practices that can be rolled out at any federal department, agency or program to improve customer service efforts.
